Phone Consultation Hours
Schedule a Phone or Online Consultation
Dr. Madden works with some patients in person and others on the phone, depending on their individual health needs, problems and locations. He can work with you over the phone because many of the health programs he designs are based on the results of lab tests that are easily done in the privacy of your own home.
Before your initial consultation, it will be determined whether an office or phone meeting is required. Download and fill out the New Patient Paperwork and Health Appraisal Questionnaire, and then either fax, scan and email or send by regular mail. Dr. Madden will then go over it and better determine what kind of consultation you may need. During that first consultation, Dr. Madden will review your paperwork, personal and family health history and either outline a treatment program or make recommendations for lab tests that are appropriate for your specific health issues. Make sure to total up and mark the results of the Health Appraisal Questionnaire on the graph page.
A typical test would be is a saliva test; to test the potential levels of Adrenal Exhaustion and of Female and Male hormones. Click for link to explain Saliva test and costs. Additional tests that may be needed could be stool, urine or single blood-spot tests. Health programs are then based on the specific results of these lab tests that assess the functions of three main body systems; adrenal/hormonal, digestive and detoxification.
Once the lab work is completed, the meaning of your test results are sent to you and will be explained in a follow-up consultation. An individualized health program based on your specific lab results will then be created. This program may include one or more of the following: diet changes, nutritional supplements, exercise, lifestyle and stress management recommendations. Subsequent office visits are scheduled to monitor your progress and modify your program as you respond.
